Any Rush fans out there? Easily one of my favorite bands of all time. I remember hearing their song "Tom Sawyer" when I was a child and I loved it, still do to this day as well as all of their music. 3nodding So many great bands from the 70s and 80s, good to know that they are still living on and influencing today's generation. Anyway, I present to you... Rush! Pure nostalgia! Rush - Tom Sawyer

SQUEE!
Well, I haven't been a Rush fan for long, but, growing up in a classic rock-oriented family, I've been around them all my life. Rush ranks in my dad's top favorite bands of all time.
RECENTLY, however, I became a fan when I bought 2112 at Wal-Mart. Later, I got the bottom-line CD: Moving Pictures, and began brushing up on my Rush history. It was quite fun.
When the new album came out, Snakes and Arrows, I gobbled it up. Not as good as their previous music, but it sounded great live. Yes, that's right, live.
July 23, three days after my last birthday, Rush came out to my town for touring for Snakes and Arrows. We bought pretty good seats and rocked out all night. It was the most amazing concert I've ever been to, and that's saying something.
I have a Rush shirt from it, too. ><
On a side note, my favorite song is Red Barchetta. But I also like The Trees, Tom Sawyer, YYZ, Passage to Bangkok, ect.
