I love the series, but I there have always been a few things that bugged me. First off is her older brother's attitude. "Oh nose! I didn't get my forbidden crush. 'Suez me while I run off to be a monk."
I mean really, what the hell was up with that?
Then there's Harumi. Was I the only one really annoyed by her personality in the beginning?
I still love the series though.
YAY for Akane and Subaru. Best couple ever.

Hmm... xD Well, Even though you make a very good point, we all have different opinions.

It does seem stupid lol. I have to agree with you on that. He is still young, meaning he could find many other girls. Asahi(Subaru's older sister) would be a great choice since she really liked him and she knows all the situations that happened etc. But it's a shoujo story after all. If love can fade in real life, In Aihara's story it does not. Shinogu will always love Hatsumi and I bet his feelings for her increases every day. And Let's say he we're to have a girlfriend.. but all he thinks about is Hatsumi.. Either way, he's gonna end up being a monk or worse--suicide. So instead of ending his life, he ran to God. You get what I'm saying?

I assume you meant Hatsumi. Yes, Her actions we're a bit annoying and stupid. For example, The time when Ryoki black mailed her. That could have easily been avoided. I would have told him to screw off and ran lol. but her personality is what leads to conflict. and conflict is what makes a good story -- BETTER. :3

Ryoki is a jerk but he cares. Shinogu has too much of an inner flare about him, a troubled kid who just needs this hyper good going chick. Subaru needed her too though! Cause she just wants love and that's what he can give her and he has all this patience fer her. They work. Yeah?
