How many of you have read through all the books and manga produced for WoW?
I recently read through the story 'Unbroken' on the WoW site, where it tells the legend of how shamanism came to the Draenei people, and all I can say is WOW. While short, that story is extremely well written.
For those of you who do have the books, where did you get them from? Would you suggest them to other folks?

I've read all of the book minus the Cycle of Hatred series. They're all well-written and I was quite entertained. My personal favorite is The Last Guardian. I ran Karazhan and then read the book, and let's say that you will never look at that instance the same ever again.

I've read the manga trilogy, the original trilogy + e-Book, theWar of the Ancients Trilogy, and the Tides of Darkness. I need to read Cycle of Hatred and that other pretty new one.
I enjoyed them all.

I have the Warcraft Archive, I'm on Day of the Dragon. It's pretty good, for being based off a video game series, but Knaak sucks at any kind of foreshadowing or describing what characters are feeling, I think. It's always "so & so looked like he wasn't telling the whole truth", & immediately you know they're lying. Or, "so & so's ranger instincts warned of danger" - something bad is going to happen in the next damn paragraph! lol
If you go to Borders, you might have to look in the over-sized books section - I wandered around the fantasy section & was confused by it being in stock, in the fantasy section, but not by the other Warcraft books. lol I have the next archive preordered at Borders too. :3

I think Borders in Hawaii are just really wierd, Fahsky. O_o
At my Borders (You know, the one I work at razz ), all the Warcraft novels are in the "Sci-Fi/Fantasy Series" section at the end, except for the manga. Which are... in the manga section.
But yeah, if you don't see them there, check other sections or just ask someone. razz
...Crazy Hawaiian Borders. dramallama

I tried picking up the manga at a Barns and Nobles. I couldn't get into it. I thought that the whole idea was silly.

iLegal Burrito I've read all the books save the Day of the Dragon :[ To be honest that was my least favorite book. It never got good until the end and the foreshadowing was real short, like fahsky said. I just finished Tides of Darkness and it was really great, although a certain death in it (for those who do not know about lore) was too short and just blown off... that was a major part in Warcraft history and it was five freaking paragraphs and you don't hear it again!
