What is your favorite song to play on guitar/bass? Mine is One by Metallica on guitar and By the Way by Red Hot Chili Peppers on bass.

I've recently downtuned my guitar so that I can play "Elevation music" by don ross (if you're into acoustic stuff, you HAVE to check this guy out: http://youtube.com/watch?v=b6DWTnQ54gs ) It took a week, but I have it down now. I think I'll record a cover version and upload it to the Soundclick site very soon xd

It depends on what tuning I leave my guitar in.If it's E tuning I play "Ready Steady go" but if it's in D I'll usually play "Bat Country" or "R to the Core"

for guitar, i'm gonna be the 100,000,000,000th person to answer with crazy train. but i also like to play alot joe satriani.
for bass, i look up some rare gems by not very mainstream bassist's like a while ago i learned "flow my tears" by stu hamm.
and of course you cant go wrong with rush (of course i can play yyz! r u crazy?)

i used to like playing toxicity but it got really boring even with my drummer.
but right now my favorite song to play is belief by john mayer.

i like playing rock you like a hurricane by the scorpions. easy but sounds good on a heavily distorted amp with some delay
