SIERRA ETHEL'STAN

Childhood:

Originating from the world of Endar'ah, in the elven lands of Althaer, Sierra was born under the stars of the elven goddess Syer'a'shen'dra at the exact moment of darkness during a solar eclipse, a strange birthmark upon her back (marking her as the elven avatar of Fire and Darkness, the reincarnation of Ra'kar'shei'lian). Even her eyes and hair betrayed her. High elves all had silvery or golden hair with some shade of blue eyes... but she, she was born with hair as red as blood and eyes of molten gold and while all high elves had pale complexions, her skin was paler than any.

She was born to a house of privilege, as a princess of the royal clan. Her father (deceased) was a member of the High Council that acted as a government after the King. The council however was corrupt and gradually siphoned all control of the country into their hands, leaving the King, ruler only in name. Sierra's father and the rest of the council planned to make Sierra a member when she was old enough, as even as a child the power within her was incredible. They would make it and her, their own. But as the betrothed of the king's son... their true aim was to make her Queen of Althaer and then the council would have absolute control.
Unaware of the treacherous course that had been laid out for her by her ambitious father, Sierra dedicated herself to her studies in first the art of Dance, then the art of Combat and lastly the art of Magick and Courtly Conduct. She of course learned other skills, like how to sing and play instruments such as her harp. To cook and from her mother, she learned the ways of Herb Lore... but her life's focus were these three skill sets.

Her only friend as a child, was the crowned prince Kia'nthel'drasht'en'esti. Her father was very strict about her training, so she had no time for friends. The only exception was Kian'thel. Her father believed that it was important for the prince to trust her and love her utterly for their plan to succeed, so when he had business at the palace, he would take Sierra to the royal capital along with him. Sierra was very fond of Kian'thel, and she longed for his companionship when she was back in her city. She enjoyed playing with him in the royal gardens, for it was the only time she felt 'normal'. Beneath the ancient oak, they would also tell each other all their secrets, napping together on the soft moss. Sometimes, their parents would throw parties, and they would dance together while the court watched with an approving eye.

However, the power within her, seemed to grow faster than she did and it was overwhelming at times of strong emotion. Without proper control, her abilities were unstable and the council, growing afraid that a child was so much stronger than they-- decided she was a liability. They voted to have her eliminated and her father was charged with the task of her execution. Her mother, overhearing... sought to run away with her daughter whom she loved greatly. In a fit of rage, Lord Ethel'stan beat his wife to death and then turned on his daughter who had witnessed the whole thing. Consumed by her grief and her rage, Ra'kar'shei'lian awoke for the first time, her pupils flicked to crescent moons before vanishing entirely in the swirling pools of gold, four ebony wings bursting forth from her back in a bloody spray. In a blind and feral rage, She destroyed the City of the Council, killing everyone including 8/12 council members. The only survivors were those that had been out of town. When she awoke, she was laying in a pool of blood at the foot of her goddess' statue. The temple had been destroyed, the city was burning and everyone... was dead, most rendered limb from limb. Only the statue of Syer'a'shen'dra was left standing.

Sierra went insane, hiding in the woods withdrawing so far into herself that she couldn't speak. The surviving council members quickly learned of what happened. They decreed Sierra a 'Dark Elf' cast out of the light of her kind. Outlawing her they stripped her of her rank and title. No longer a princess or even a noble, and feared by the populace, they were sure nobody would aid a demonic murderer such as they proclaimed her to be. She would surely starve to death. But none the less, they sent mercenaries after her to finish what her father failed.

Weeks later, a man and his son traveling through the woods came across her. Her hair was matted and her body filthy with crusted blood and dirt. Her eyes were wild and she looked half dead. There was no mistaking who this girl was, but the man took her in anyway. It was six moon turns before he finally coaxed any form of speech from her. His son Shin'athel'en'dros was only (by human standards) 6 years older than her which was nothing for an elf.
At first she sought to be friends with Shin, but he teased her mercilessly and was very cold to her, so eventually she gave up and ignored him. Shin's father took her to the great citadel on the Plains to complete her training, for she was truly a danger to herself and those around her until she could master the art of 'control'.

SIERRA ETHEL'STAN

Youth:

When she had reached the elven equivalent of age 17, she left the citadel, in control of herself and her abilities. She traveled with Shin and his father (they had visited her often at the citadel) as a sell sword. The trio roamed Althaer as mercenaries until one day Sierra snuck into the Royal city to see Kia'nthel. She learned that while she had been in the citadel, the King had been assassinated and the queen in her grief had taken her life, leaving Kia'nthel as a boy King. At the time he had been too young to rule and so the remaining council members had moved into the palace and 'guided' his decisions. The young king had no choice, even though he suspected their guilt. They would simply kill him too if he was uncooperative.

Kia'nthel who had thought she was dead, wept as he embraced her in their secret meeting place of old. She was suddenly confused when he kissed her (her first kiss)... It had been so long since she'd seen him. He confessed his love to her, even after all these years, he'd not forgotten her and no other had taken her place. She didn't know what to say... feeling awkward, she turned their talk to the council's treachery and the suffering of the people. Deciding they had to do something about it, Sierra founded a rebel faction.
Secretly she would meet with the King, and they would exchange information, organizing parties to thwart the council's en devours and weakening their hold on Althaer. She also drilled him in sword practice, as the council had seen to it that he was as helpless as possible.
Learning that she was still alive, it wasn't long before a never ending stream of assassins were sent. But all of them failed. Either dying by her blade or burning in her flames. Slowly the elves of Althaer began to feel something they had not in years, free.
All the while Shin and his father fought at her side. Finally the time came to reclaim the royal city and the palace. The siege lasted three days. Kia'thel helped Sierra in threw a secret passage and together they killed two more of the remaining council members. The other two escaped the city and were silent for some time.

Kia'nthel who was now the elven equivalent of 25 (Making Sierra about 22), asked Sierra to marry him. But she declined. She knew she loved him... but her goddess was not yet finished with her. She had been a tool of Syer'a'shen'dra to purge the land and cleanse it in the flames of justice. Besides... she had no desire to be Queen. Her love of battle was greater than her love of the King and so the only vow she gave him, was the oath of a warrior. Her blade was his, but not her body... or her heart.
She was named the "Tastol os Thasti" or "Champion of Flame". As such he presented her with 'Elven Fire' the sword she carries with her always.

She remained a mercenary, still traveling with Shin and his father. She earned many nicknames from the people, but the one that stuck, was 'the Dancing Flame'. She dedicated herself to finding the last two council members... Who after a few years, began sending assassins after them again. Sometimes they would encounter small bands of mercenaries, but they always made short work of them. Her relationship with Shin was terse at best. One day they took a job helping out a village, but when they got to the village, it was apparent they had walked into an ambush set by the council. The village had been taken over by a group of men hired by the council, and functioned as a camp now. The 'villagers' were all bandits and mercenaries. Numbering in the hundreds... Shin who had had a fight with his father the night before was waiting for them at the next village. All hell broke loose...
Miraculously, the two of them held them off for hours... when Shin's father finally fell. Sierra was enraged, at the enemy and at Shin... who wasn't here as his father lay dying, calling his name. Blinded by her tears, her body was covered in strange markings. Again, the pupils of her eyes flicked to crescent moons and Ra'kar came forth again. As her wings burst forth, the village erupted in flame. Screams of the dying only seemed to fuel her bloodlust as she ripped her attackers arms from their bodies, melting flesh with fire and severing heads with her sword. Shin arrived that night. When they hadn't arrived on time, he waited the whole day and then backtracked that evening. Finally he found her...

Sierra had shoved her own sword, through her gut to strike the last enemy behind her, pinning them both to a tree trunk. Her wings were broken and her body was bleeding as if from everywhere, yet as he neared... she raised unfocused eyes to meet him. They looked soulless, nothing but drowning pools of golden flame staring out from a swollen, bloodied face.
When he tried to held her from the tree, she knocked him sprawling. Tearing the sword free from her stomach, she fell to the ground coughing up more blood. Barely managing to stand, she took Shin's horse (hers had been killed.) Slouched over in the saddle she rode away, once more lost in grief.
She didn't care where she went, yet as they passed a shrine to the elven gods, she fell from the saddle near death. The symbol of her goddess, glowing.

SIERRA ETHEL'STAN

Adulthood:

When Sierra came to, she was no longer in Endar'ah. This new world, she later learned, was called Gaia.

Upon awakening, she noted that all her wounds had closed and her wings had mostly mended. Looking around, she found a hot spring. Still in a great deal of pain, and covered in blood and grime. She stripped down and soaked while she cleaned her armour. Anything that had been fabric was ruined, but the elven armour had held up admirably. It would be uncomfortable without cloth between her skin and the metal, but at least she didn't have to walk around naked in a strange land.

Flying around she found a town where she was able to get food easily enough. Apparently the monetary system from her world, was worth a fortune here.
She spent a while traveling Gaia and studying different people's, their cultures and their languages, as well as their fighting styles. She was excited to find out that humans here had a style that mirrored some facets of Bil'aken Die'na, the Bladed Dance form she had trained in on Endar'ah. This new style of the humans was called Tai Ji Qun. She spent years among them learnhing Tai Chi Jian before moving on.
Eventually her travels brought her full circle to where she had 'landed' in Gaia. It was here she built an estate and founded a guild known as the Dark Sakura and formed the organization known as GUARDIAN.

She devolved connections to other places as well, like Leviathan Stadium, forming relationships with various individuals.

In her adventures on Gaia, she has found herself caught in the plots of others much the same as she had back on Endar'ah.

Annual Activities include participating in the Heaven or Hell fighting tournament, sponsored by Leviathan Stadium. She Captains a team every year, indulging in fights with the best Gaia has to offer.

MADISON (aka EXPERIMENT 2866972224 cool

Childhood and Youth- The Laboratory

From the time that she was an infant, this young girl had grown up in the Diami Nunnery where she waited to be adopted. Finally at the age of 5 she had became the newfound daughter of the company Marchiko Labratory under Mr. Chaire Mann's name. Many of the owners including her felt that this was a good choice for the young one and she would be doing fine. But in fact they were wrong. Several experimentations had begun on the poor child as they continued their search in order to find ways to improve the human being. These tests were long and painful. No one was aware of the torture that this girl went through, they in fact thought that they were testing for ways to make the human live longer with animal characteristics. After hundreds upon hundreds of tests on other people with different species, experiment 28669722248 was now partially finished. She was displayed to the public, where she was forced to look as though she were happy and living a good life with these people. After a few more years of the constant abuse and living within the bars of a cage. Other experiments were being created besides 28669722248, all of them bearing a barcode on the right side of their neck, including the original. The rabbit soon noticed the way that her scientists worked the lock to feed her; this gave her a rather brilliant idea. For within the pale moonlight after 7 years of brutal punishments, she escaped. Thus marking the first to ever be free of Marchiko Labs, leaving her incomplete.

Her grand escape lead her to the one place of safety, well at least for the moment. The Port of Gambino, as rain began to fall 28669722248 ran into a rather kind and generous man named Peter. Where as other people did not stop to even offer some assistance, Peter did. He soon asked her if he would like to fallow her home, and she took the opportunity with open arms. But rather, it turned out that Peter had introduced her to a “freak show” where she had earned her new name of “Madison”, shortly she escaped however and fled to where ever was safest for her. It wasn’t long till she arrived to a forest where she stayed for quite sometime before about Leviathan Stadium.

Madison’s Adventures-

Since being at Leviathan Stadium, Madison had met many individuals and gone on many adventures. From an arctic adventure to seek out a mysterious man known by the name of “Doctor” where she encountered pirates and death. To being Vice Captain to a team for Levi’s tournament known as HOH. Outside Levi Stadium is also where she met the elf lord, Shin <3

JUUNIKYUU

Juuni lived a happy a simple life to begin with. She lived up in mountains, quite away from Barton Town, or any other civilization bar a few spatterings of small villages. There she lived with her pack, including her mother, father and several brothers and sisters. However, one day this peaceful existence was shattered. Juuni’s family was attacked by a cold hearted group of hunters who happened to be passing through and were looking for some form of sport. This was back in the day when there was very limited equality for beings other than humans. These hunters apparently slaughtered all of Juuni’s family. Juuni had been away from the pack that day, playing out in the fields by a nearby village and when she returned she was promptly set upon by the hunters who sold her onto a village they passed through later that week. And so Juuni was left in this town, chained to a post in the town square and used for amusement by the locals far away from her original home.

The day that Juuni's life changed drastically for the second time was the coming of a Demon Overlord to village. Terrified of this mighty deity the town’s villagers offered Juuni up as a sacrifice to him and left her for dead, which she is to the best of their knowledge.

Despite her traumatic and volatile past Juuni hides most of her pain, most of it clouded with the help of Juunikyuu to stop her suffering. She can be very childish and immature at times, acting with the simplicity of a very young human child. She makes friends easily, even to those who could pose a threat to her. Her child like naivety and innocence can often penetrate the coldest of hearts. Juuni’s past plays little role in her life now as she does not remember a lot of it as it occurred long ago.

A silver halo sometimes appears above the Senshi’s head. Since she went through the Star Ritual she has two long crucifix scars on her shoulder blades. Her wings emerge from within these scars. They are semi transparent and are a myriad of rainbow colours. Since joining her essence with Koten black shadow marks have appeared along the scars and her wings, tracing out intricate and beautiful patterns. She also has a shadow mark on the left side of her chest around where her heart is. Juunikyuu predominantly fights with a silver, rune engraved staff that has the ability to summon a scythe blade of pure star energy. This staff is made out of a material unknown to Gaia. She also possesses leg and arm gauntlets made of a similar material which she can summon spikes of energy onto. A crystal dagger is also at her disposal. Juunikyuu can manipulate star, shadow and light energy and has a trade mark blue fire which has varying power depending on how much energy Juunikyuu channels into it. The Senshi has also mastered her own Light runic symbols she can use for various tasks including tracking, controlling and explosions.

Little is truly known about the Angel Senshi whom shares a body with the Neko-jin. She first resided in the Heaven's amongst other Angel Senshi, with her one love Koten, with whom she would come to have a male child named Randolf. However, gradually the Senshi's in heaven became greedy and corrupt, preying on the mortals below them for amusement or sport. Koten was one of many who indulged in these activities. Juunikyuu was highly opposed to this and often interfered with the other Senshi's games, protecting the mortals as best she could. It was this "weakness" and compassion for the mortal world that would lead to her being banished and Koten becoming something that Juunikyuu hated the most: A Demon Senshi. Before she was banished she was held prisoner by Koten in a realm known only as "The Hole" where she was forced to live her worst fears. Before she was completely banished Juunikyuu broke her Angelic Pendent in half and left half with her son thinking that Koten would care for their son in her absence. This was not the case as Koten turned on his son, seeing him as part of his Mother's weakness before eventually abandoning him amongst a pack of wolves.

Once in the mortal realm Juunikyuu wandered across the lands, seeking out and protecting the mortals, warding off demons and offering her healing powers where they were needed. She was shunned from the humans though, seen as being as much as a risk as those Senshi that preyed on them from the heavens. One day Juunikyuu happened to stumble across Juuni as an intended sacrifice, just in time to protect the young Neko from the Demon lord. The fight was long and hard and by the end of it, although the Demon was vanquished for the time being, neither Juuni nor Juunikyuu had the energy or will left to live. This was when the two forms joined together to become two beings sharing one body. Juunikyuu named the small neko Juuni, for the young girl had no recollection of her real name. And that is how they remained for quite sometime, wandering the lands until they came across Barton Town where they joined the community at the Leviathan Stadium and began their new life. Juuni found herself being adopted into the powerful Leviathan family whilst Juunikyuu found herself falling in love with the resident Shadow.

Still it would appear that peace was not something the two could indulge in and one day Koten came back for his beloved, hell bent on the idea that if he purged the “weaknesses” from her she would be his once again. In a sick and twisted turn of events Koten managed to separate Juuni from Juunikyuu and tossed the neko-jin back to her friends at the Stadium. Maximos, the Shadow saw how the young girls soul had been brutally torn in half and slowly but surely both Juuni and Juunikyuu were dying but Koten was too blind to see this and so whilst Juuni was left in the care of Stadium infirmary with her adoptive parents watching over her a rescue party, headed by Maximos proceeded to the old abandoned house of where Juunikyuu was being held. Before the party arrived, in one last cruel act, Koten presented Juunikyuu with the dead body of her son. It was by Maximos’ hand that Koten was slain and his head is still kept upon the Shadow’s mantelpiece. Before she left Juunikyuu took the broken half of her angel pendent from her dead son and the pendent was made whole again. Juunikyuu and Juuni were reunited but it would seem that rejoining the two forms was almost impossible… Until something quite extraordinary occurred. The shadow gem Maximos had presented Juunikyuu with previously and the now fully restored angel pendent merged together as one and bought the two beings back together as one and thus rejoined their broken souls.
