Attilus (at-till-us) is the name of the city, however it's also the planets name, so be sure to use city when speaking about it.
Attilus
Attilus is a vast city, one of the major ones on the planet, it is one of the last residing utopias of the area. Major buildings are tall (many being skyscrapers) the housing districts are open, each individual has there own living quarters though in the center of the street side theres an open area where the section can gather for parties, meetings, etc. There are many streets, the street coming into Attilus is the biggest and it leads directly to the Council Building.
The Council Building (shaped like giant pyramid)
The council building plays host to the council (obviously) the central government presiding over the planet. It also contains the different social services such as police, fire rescue, etc. on the lower floors. The second floor is the market, it's vast and open and you can find many items here. The third floor is a meeting hall where the council holds public meetings to discuss upcoming events or other important items.
The fourth floor is the council's living quarters, you have to have a pass or be among a member with a pass to get in. The fifth floor is the council's private meeting room where they discuss private matters of the government and surrounding areas.
The Outer Brim
This is considered to be any land within 100miles of Attilus' walls. The land is mostly barren, though a few slum cities preside here. A lot of gangs headquarters lie within the outer brim so watch your back when visiting. Many mercenaries, bounty hunters, and other shady characters can be found here, so if you're in the business of looking for one, be careful who you ask, as some may attack you.
Sky City (kind of like in Star Wars)
Sky city is one of the only remaining orbiting cities in the 5th galaxy, this one however is by far different then the others. It is a utopia for the rich and powerful. Though for the meek and impoverish it is hell as the rich tend to make sure they stay that way. Don't step out of line as you may end up being thrown in the brigade for a day or two.
