As many of you know, there is a vast majority of members that aren't active or have never even posted yet. Should I ban the people who do not post within 30 days of their membership, or leave it be?

You could pm and tell them they have no posts and that your thinking of doing a clearing of them members who don't post and if they don't realy want to be in the guild any more then just ban them. If there's nothing that interests them in the guild then...i don't know what.

Or you can set out a forum saying that in the begging of say...March, I will be banning anyone who is not active and a blah blah blah. ^^

If you wish not to do it, I'll be more than honor to o the worst job of it all. I'm used to tell ppl they are needed a lot, at school, at work, and also in life....I'm not a jerk but some ppl must be let go to better the team.

I've banned a lot of people...with the Vice Cap...
It doesn't really work, and it's almost better if we don't, so it's ok.
