My period usually lasts a full week, sometimes 8 or 9 days. This time, however, it only lasted 4 days.
I've been having regular periods for over a year, so I'm really confused as to why it would suddenly be so abnormal.
Can stress affect your period like that? I've been more stressed than usual the past couple of months, but on a scale of 1-10 I'd say that stress is only about a 7.
Anything else it could be? (Not sexually active)
Thanks!

Many things can affect you period; stress is probably the most common one. Your weight, your diet, pregnancy, and some medications can also have an impact on your period.
Sounds like you have no reason to panic at this point. Sometimes period just change for no apparent reason. Even women with very regular periods may have an odd one every once in a while.
