I didn't actually cry, but I did wait for weeks, hoping that a letter will come. Now I just look forward to each birthday, hoping that we start at a different time in the US. *sigh* One day, my owl will come...

I did cry. I wanted that letter soooooo bad. I did NOT like the people at my school and I wanted to get away from them.

Didn't cry...
I was actually rather happy when I turned eleven...
^^"
I spent a good time with all my friends...
Little did I notice a squashed owl on my window...
jk...
It would be so cool if magic was real, though...

I think books should not be written about things that would get your hopes up...but then there would be very few books.

Lol.
"Accio Letter [from Hogwarts]"
BLAST!
This wand is broken!
I have to get another one...
I can totally imagine that happening.
^^
But well, back then, I wasn't AS Harry Potter crazed.
I was a kid, I've read a lot of stories like that, so Harry Potter never struck me as anything special...
=^^=
If anything, I liked Lord of the Rings.
But, well...things change right?

Sadly no, I didn't start reading HP until I started working at a bookstore. There was a bunch of hype for Deathly Hallows so I wanted to be in on it, lol. Now i'm addicted. It was pretty crazy when the book came out though, we got the boxes ahead of the release date, and my boss said if we opened them, we lost our jobs, lol.

Yeah. Me too. I started reading it about a year and a half ago [I think]. Anyway, yeah. I definitely would've cried. ;w; I love Harry Potter so much. If I thought it was real and waited for my owl, and it never came, I'd be heartbroken.

LOLZ! Heavens! NO! I didn't cry! I didn't even know who/what Harry Potter WAS until I was about 13!
I kid you not! The only way I found out about Harry Potter was when one of my friends got me "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire," for my birthday! I was all, "Uh. . . . What's this?" She looked at me like I was from a foreign planet. xd I can see why!
I don't talk with her much anymore, but I eternally thank her in thought to this day! whee
