I went to my grandma's the other day and did geneology. I got 7 generations worth of information on my mom's side.
My dad's grandma had (I think) her whole side of the familiy. Well, when she passed away, a couple of my aunts went out to her cabin and cleaned it out. They burnt the geneology stuff, before they realized what it was. eek
Luckily, one of my aunts has a carbon copy, or something, but not as much information. It only goes back to the the 1700s. Yay, more geneology! She's going to make a copy of it and send it to my dad.

My grandmothers a complete expert at geneology, she tracked my Grandfather's side all the way back to some of the most famous kings of England and France. She travels at least once a month, just to track old graves family and members who have photographs and personal belongings. Our bishop said that it is a wonderful blessing to be able to do such a great thing.

my father is adicted to geneology. he has back till 1500 or something, he did that in one week gonk

well, my aunt is the expert when it comes to geneology. i don't know how far back she has but it is all i got for my dad's side of the family. my mom's side is a different story. i have no clue if anybody has collected any work for her vside. the farthest i can get is to my great grandpa sweatdrop .

a guy in my home branch has a line all the way back to 34 ad.. he has french royalty in his line, so they have names alll the way to the birth of Christ...
my family only has back to the mayflower

I'm, kind of tired of geneology personally, but thats because my step-dad owns one of the biggest geneology centers online, so we have Alot eek done. Its kind of weird because there really isn't anything for me to do.

in my family we have hit a dead end there is this lady who has all of the info but she won't reveal any of it and only she has that info.

my mom is a Geneoligy nutcase, ^-.-^....lol, she has, on her side/my grandfathers side all the way back to Adam, ...yep...and on my dads side we cant get past my 3rd great grandparents. my parents spelt around 7 hours in that one geneoligy library in salt lake, and couldn't find one thing, and then as they walk out, my picks up this pamphlet by the door, and a looky, more of her family line, ^-.-^.......lol, its kinda funny but kinda sad too....we have spent so long trying to find my dads side of the family, but we still cant...
