There are some simple runs on this thread (similar to yours). Post anything you're having trouble with there so we can communally help you better biggrin
Tip and trick: Start Small. Don't start trying to sweep a 6-note-cross-fretboard-Ynvie-shredtastic sweep. You can play those eventually, but if you start with three notes, then four, then five, then six, you can focus on getting every note right all the time.

It helps your hands and finger or what not get use to sweeping musical and real way .

my guitar teacher said one day "do you wanna learn to sweep?" and i said sure. he gave me these exercises.
first he gave a piece of paper, and made me draw straight lines up and down the paper with a sturdy hand. he told me that's how it should feel when i sweep.
then he taught me "Bach mock" by Greg Howe really slow with a metronome. and we did in 3 notes and 1 measure at a time till i got it down and i can play it at it's regular speed now.
like the guy before me said. start slow with 3 notes and move up.
