me and 5 mates were at a local gaming week, last day, time for one more game... so we all entered, we were all only allowed 2 squads (or a vehicle instead of a squad) and 1 HQ;

turn 1 -
my team started 1st, jack moved his kasrkin towards marks defiler, his heavy weapons team and commander toward mikes harlequins. liz moved all witch hunters towards dan's ork warboss. david moved all deamonhunters towards marks DeamonPrince. I moved land raider with tactical squad inside towards micheals harlequins. commander ran towards titan
jack fired his heavy weapons, all missed or failed to hurt the harlequins, kasrkin fired at defiler, all missed. liz fired at warboss, killed it outright. david assualted deamon prince with termies, entire squad killed by prince, dreadnought fired lascannon, wounded inquisitor did nothing. I diembarked my troops and fired missile at harlequins, killed 4 of the 6. autocannons fired, killling another. ended turn


none of enemies except harlequin moved, harlequin moved towards titan. alice fired titan, destroying my crusader. defiler fired, destroying dreadnought. looted defiler fired, killing 2 heavy weapons from jacks IG. deamon prince charged coteaz, killing him (david out of game). warp spiders fired and missed, flash gits fired, but 2 guns exploded, killing them, (3 left) rest missed. raptors fire at tactical squad, killing 3.

turn 2 -
remaning tactical squad all fired at raptors, killing 6 (2 left) missile launcher killed them both. remaining heavy weapon fired at flash gitz, killing another. kazrkin fired at deathjester, killing it. sisters of battle fire at warp spiders, killing 3 (2 left), seraphims fire at titan, all miss or fail. living saint and IG commander fire at warp spiders, killing them. titan and looted defiler fire at seraphims and IG commander killung them all (jack out of game) flash gitz, defiler and traitor heavy weapons fire at living saint, killing her, at kasrkin killing all but 1 and at tactical squad, killing 2, deamon prince does nothing. traitor commander fires at my commander, saved.

turn 3 -
tacitcal squad fires at traitor heavy's killing 2, missile kills last. sisters of battle fire at looted defiler, immobalized (which is as good as dead to me)
kazrkin fired at traitor commander, killing it. my commander charges the titan, takes a wound but destroys titan (WHOOOOOO!) (Alice out of game)


defiler fires at my commander, making him erupt in a pillar of flame (NOOOOOOOO!) deamon prince assaults my tactical squad, killing them all (I'm out of game) flash git assualts sisters of battle, gets killed. (daniel out of game)

turn 4 -
kasrkin fires at defiler, fails. sisters of battle fire at defiler, fails.

defiler fires at sisters of battle, killing 4 (4 left) deamon prince attacks sisters of battle, killing 3 (1 left) defiler charges at kasrkin, killing it.

turn 5 -
sister of battle fires at defiler, missed.

i thought this was an immense battle, with my armies, against huge monsters and a titan
i think my man of the match was my commander, he killed a freakin' titan!!! although my joy was short lived as a lucky shot from the defiler's cannon killed him outright. which was a pain, but while writing this battle report, i am feeling the same awe i felt during this truly epic combat.
