You know when you have something it feels like yours. Your energy has been put into it and has mingled with the objects energy.
I have had a pentacle necklace for about four-five years now and I would feel naked if I didn't wear it. These past couple days, however, it feels like it's not mine, it doesn't even had that pull that made me buy it, either.
This has happened to me twice before, but those items ended up losing themselves, they detached from the necklace or I misplaced them and could never find them again.
Anyway, why does this happen? I wonder if it 'feels' neglected or like it's going to be replaced because I have found another necklace that I want. >> But I was planning on wearing them both. <<
Has anything like this happened to anybody else? And if this is the wrong place, I'll move it to the right forum. :3

I've had this happen a couple of times. The last one was a ring my Nan and Grandad got me for my 18th. I never took it off (apart from work) and then sudderenly I began to forget to put it on and then I misplace it completely (that was the second time this sort of thing had happened with a ring).
Then a few months ago I was at a flea market and brought a new rings. I felt drawn to it and wear it almost all the time now. After wearing the new ring for a while I sudderenly found my other one. I don't plan to wear now but I was just glad I found it.
I don't know why it happens. It could just be all down to our mines but then again I read somewhere that sometimes we're drawn to things that will bring us luck (good or bad) and when they are done with us or helped us in some way we loose interest and forget about them.
Now that I think about it I was wearing that ring from my Nan when I almost got hit by a car. Maybe it was good luck.

I have this old iron key. I used to believe that it was good luck because I cheated death while wearing it. For instance, I fell 18 feet from a tree and landed on bricks while wearing it, and I hadn't felt a thing and got right up. Weird huh? I also almost got hit by a car, and almost had my hand chopped off by a speeding guy when I fell while ice skating. Several narrowly avoided accidents have occurred in which I was both wearing the key and escaped being mangled in some way. Well recently while hiking, I ran into some woman. We talked for awhile and she asked about and touched my key, which was hanging from my neck on a white ribbon. She grinned and we separated and went our ways. When I got home I took it off and looked at it. Where she touched it there was a green mark. I tried to wash it off but it wont go so I just put it in my jewelry box and went to bed. The next morning it felt, different, and weird. I put it on but something felt wrong so I took it off and left it on my bed. I feel odd whenever I put it on. I dont know why and it bugs me. This happened about two weeks ago.

If it doesn't feel like your energy, then it probably isn't some spirit has probably touched it and taken your energy out. What you can do is wrap the item in silk and it charges it, using only your energy. I do this with my hemaite...I am constantly encountering spirits, there is one in my room, and the hematite protects from negative, harmful spirits, however sometimes it also quickly looses energy.
