confused can any1 give me some signs that let u know that ur going through ur peirod? plz dont include that u start 2 bleed.

Well, bleeding is the only sure answer we can give you because that is the only thing that all periods have in common.
There may be other signs and symptoms of a current or an upcoming period as well, but those vary from woman to woman. Some women get cramps, others don't. Some, but certainly not all, women feel cranky or emotional. Other women might have strange food cravings, experience an increase or decrease in sex drive, or have tender breasts. Some women experience none of those things though. It all depends on the woman.

weeded10 wat do u mean by 'tender breasts'? Tender breasts usually means sore or they hurt. For example, any sort of touching or bumping against something gives a bit of pain.

A slight discharge; you will notice it in your panties; it's a clear to cloudy white colour.
If it get's really heavy or you have bad cramps just start wearing a pantyliner so if you do get it you don't stain your pants.
