...are you supposed to eat in a day? I'm 5'9" if that has anything to do with it. And I'm in the UK so I don't know if there's a conversion. Just curious...

I know here all the food boxes say that the calories on the box or whatever... Hm... How can I say this? XD
The calories on the box are calculated for a 2000 calorie diet.
But 2000 doesn't sound like very much... neutral

I found a calorie thingy online and apparently, for my height and weight, I should be eating 2,093 per day.
That's to maintain my current weight.
To lose weight, you're supposed to subtract 750.
O:
That's like...just a glass of water and a cracker...

They have lil signs posted in my bank with things to read on em. One of them showed how to find out how many calories you're supposed to eat..and how many were in certain things...
Id forgotten tho. I'm pretty sure I need more than what it'd say anyway

it always says "based on a five-thousand calorie diet" But if you're dieting, you should be careful and make sure you're getting all your nutrients, or else you wont digest well and your metabolism could slow down.
