Christmas Eve! ZOMG! haha! If you haven't gotten entries in to the avi contest yet you should do so today! I'll will be putting up the contesting voting through poll either late tonight or early Christmas ^.^

It's only 8:30 on Christmas Eve here, but in my family we have a tradition of opening one present on Christmas Eve.
Mine turned out to be a Car Emergency Kit from my dad.
[I don't have a car. Or a driver's liscence. Or a driver's permit, because mine expired over a year ago and I haven't renewed it yet.]
I had such a "wtf" reaction that my mom was like "look, she's speachless! XD"
And it was in a box that was taped shut, so I asked for a knife to open it, and my dad went all the way upstairs to get his fancy new folding knife, despite the kitchen being much closer.
And I'm known for being accident prone with that sort of thing, so my mom was like "you gave her that knife?!" and after I opened it and was able to stop laughing long enough to form a coherant sentance, I was like "he must have been okay with giving me that knife since there's a First Aid kit in here."
