Alright, if you have to choose between following ethics and being cool/stupid, start with this: sex, or "secks"?
I thought it was alright the first time I saw it as a joke, and now that I know it's so much more common, almost to the point of "kids type secks in their sigs because they are proud of not using the real word"? *insert violently enraged sequence of audience in superbowl arena with their heads exploding into a tsunami of fresh blood*
I've dug deeper into the depths of the underworld. eek

I thought that was a funny misspelling, but it has become far too common now. It's just overdone to death, that's all.
That word is old news to me.

Just a fallen soul...
Well, the word "smex" is an iffy with me.
I use it when talking about sex with my mom, mainly because I don't feel comfortable with saying it around her for some reason and it makes me feel better to use "smex"
I really don't see people use smex much anymore, it used to be everywhere 'till some fool came up with "seks" and such. With no where to go...

I use it sparingly...In my profile I have people calling me "The secks"...It would sound weirder for them to call me "The sex"
I don't know, I'm rather fond of secks, but only when you're fooling around.
