can Hyde speak english.
most of his songs are in half english.
but i was watching a video of him and someone said somthing to him in english and he didn't know what they were saying.
does he?

Well, just because you can sing in english, doesn't mean you know the language.
You can look up lyrics and sing something in japanese, and still don't know how to speak it. ToT
So, I'm pretty sure he knows a little bit.. But he doesn't KNOW it.

hyde's been studying english for a while now (he mentioned in an interview that he uses one of those 'learn english easy!' games to study on his nintendo ds, and i think he also uses an english tutor), but he's nowhere near fluent. the majority of english lyrics in both his solo songs and laruku songs are done by official translators. he knows various phrases and words - we all know he has a great fondness for shouting F*CK at concerts 3nodding - but there's no way you could have a conversation with him in english. unless it consisted solely of this:
'hyde, how are you?'
'i'm fine, thank you, and you?'
his pronunciation is getting better though. a lil.
