Saverio C. It seems that we are always thinking differently. The Colts are very injured, and that will not be the same in the playoffs. You also forget that the Manning Factor is awesomeThey will go to the AFC Championship game. ...New England should have the #1 seed locked up, but I really don't see a Colts team going into Foxboro and beating the Patriot team this season.

War_ghost48 if anyones going it should be new england and the packers since they havent been in it in awhile It's not a beauty contest, or who we think should be in it. It's not the tainted BCS voting that makes no sense. This is pro NFL football, and the 2 teams who make it, have earned it and deserve to play the most. If the Packers do get through, then fine, they deserve it. But I don't see anybody beating the Cowboys except the Patriots, Colts, and possibly the Jaguars.

I'm going to have to agree with you there Dude-LAP, I would love to see the Packers in the Super Bowl again, but just because they haven't been in a while isn't a reason. Hopefully the Packers will pull it together in their final games and if all goes well, they will make it. But as long as the teams who make it deserve to be there, I'll be happy. And I'm not making my picks til it gets closer.

It will be tough though, because the Cowboys have a pretty easy end of their schedule, and seem to be clinching NFC home-field, and a bye. If the Packers were home at Lambeau, things would be different.

Cowboys over Patriots
Tom Brady lacks something that Tony Romo is really good at, which is mobility, if he stays fit and doesnt get injured in the game while scrambling, the Cowboys might have a chance to win by avoiding the Patriots' rush. This game would come to a close one though, because the Pats are #1 in offence in the AFC, and the Cowboys are #1 also. This concludes as the score being:
Cowboys-31 Patriots-28, OT

This concludes as the score being: Cowboys-31 Patriots-28, OT But how often has a game come down to the quarterback's mobility, other than any Atlanta game when Michael Vick was still playing? Although Dallas can run better than the Patriots, New England still has an overall edge. Anyways, Romo is more mobile than Brady, but Brady can run in for a TD of 1st down when needed. ...Brady is a much better overall quarterback. Yes, the touchdowns are close, with Brady's 41 to Romo's 33 (as of before week 14). Yardage is about the same. But look at passer rating. Brady has a PR of 123.4 while Romo has a rating of 107.1. Brady has 5 interceptions, while Romo has 14. ...The offensive lines are about the same. Dallas can run the ball slightly better than New England. New England has the special teams edge, and a much better defensive unit though. Don't forget that the Patriots beat the Cowboys earlier this season, by 21 points, in Dallas... Edge: Patriots, by 3-10 points

I am a story book man myself so I will disagree. The Pats will lose to the Colts! It teaches the kiddies that cheaters never win.
