So how was everyone's Thanksgiving?

Mine was in a way very different and at the same time very similar in a bizarre kind of way.

This was the first year that I didn't see my family (I'm okay with that, I don't get along with my dad and I saw the rest of my family the day before). Instead I spent the day with my boyfriend at his family's house. biggrin

So yea, before my grandmom on my dad's side died a few years ago (don't worry, I'm okay with it now) all my aunts/uncles/cousins etc would go to her house, which considering that my dad was one of ten, and that there are now forty-something cousins, that's a lot of people. And that's how it was similar at my boyfriend's Thanksgiving, his dad is one of eight and there are a lot of cousins (again, like my family, most being very young).

Anyway, I had a great time there and his family was very nice and welcoming. biggrin
