Rules are as follows:
1. Stay in character, unless you are in the Main Forum, which is for General Chat. If you wish to discuss something regarding the RP, do it there or via PM. Feel free to create an OOC thread for your role play in the main forum.
2. Character profiles must be filled out and posted in the appropriate thread for that forum. Failure to do so will result in your post being deleted. Remember, if you character is related to a canon, make the story believable. Canons have fan girl/boy followings and a bad story could result in you being viciously assaulted. Feel free to ask for help.
3. Get creative, be original. Make some new characters with interesting backgrounds. You can also play canons. Same applies to storylines - make some new ones!
4. Stay in line with Gaia’s ToS. If you break the ToS, you will receive a warning. After that, it will result in being banned and reported.
5. Play nice! We're all here because we have something in common right? Let's treat each other well so everyone will enjoy them selves...if you have an issue with another member, take it outside the guild.
6. Feel free to play multiple characters! All you have to do is use a different color font (make it an easy to read color though) and a page break if you’re posting two characters in a single post.
7. Posting should be done novella style. This means past tense, using quotation marks for speech and italics for thought. It also means proper paragraphing and at least decent spelling and grammar. Please post a minimum of 2 paragraphs. We can all sympathize with writer’s block, just don’t make short posts habitual.
8. You may partake in any thread UNLESS the owner of that thread states that he/she would like only particular users to participate. OWNERS: you must state in your subject line that it is for specific members only.
9. Please feel free to participate in as many scenarios as you like, with as many different characters as you like!
