A large dark clock tower in the middle of the city it has 6 floors and is the tallest structure in Ark city.

Mikadzuki sat upon the highest ledge of the clock tower. The twin sickles suspended above the ground, blowing in the wind. Why am i an outcast to the other races...Why do vampires seem evil...We need food....Oh well... He stares at the crescent moon above him, dreaming of something good.

I smile Taking it off my Back and Unwrappign it. A large Halbered that looks like the Blade si a Razor Blade. "The Razor Cross. Its My Personal Weapon now listen I can Help you since i know of the Unsightly Tattoo you have been Branded with." I smile Evily. "If i Preform some Tests on you i could make you stronger so when those that come to attack you you can Properly Protect yoru self. So what do you say Hmmm?" I smile and Laugh.

I smile and spin the Cross Razor inbetween my fingers simply. "WEll Improvment Can be Made Quickly through Some Simple Tests." I laugh a bit. "Well? You just have to let me preform these experiments and you will Be much Stronger."

I chuckle and Slam the End of the Cross Razor to the ground. "No no not here Im sorry this place is to unsanitary. Follow Me there." I point off with the Tip of the Cross Razor pointing to an Old Hospital. "Thats where i will preform teh Experiments." I smile at him and Say. "Ill be waiting on the 5th Floor Room 20" I smile jumping off the Tower and dissappearing in mid air.
