Akari Kibou rpgamer987 The tattoos are symbols that he is indeed an airbending master. No, the tatoos mean that he was raised by the monks. He hasn't even learned the ultimate airbending technique.... Why weren't any of the other young airbenders inked?

i have to wait for about a month for the last part of an episode, WTfudge, i mean just give me it know and have me wait 2 months for a new season

Yup, every time a fan girl draws avatar yaoi, or pairs Katara with some random guy the premier of episode 312 is pushed back a week. Pity.
The tatoos glow when he's in the avatar state. The tatoos must have to do with the air avatars. They're monks so they understand a little bit more about meditation and such.

its coming to an end? i wouldnt mind seeing a spin-off.. maybe something starting waaay back with avatar kyoshi, and then moving on up through roku and where the story started with aang. do they have all of book 3 on dvd though? i have only seen up to "the beach", and the site where i was watching them doesnt work anymore!! im dying to know the continuance of the story!!!!!!
at this point i have no idea whats going on with the gaang. sad
