1. Follow Gaia's Terms of Service and all rules listed in the main forum.
2. Do not fight in here! We do not tolerate fights. One warning will be issued and if it continues, there may be consequences.
3. Aside from the official shop, other shops may have their own rules and prices that are completely up to them.
4. Shop owners MUST have a Starlet to use as the 'shop owner' character.
5. Be aware of your Starlet's Class! Class Ms can't be selling high priced pets and a Class A wouldn't be caught dead selling a mutt!
6. You are fully in control of your shop aside from certing. Prices, art, coloring, etc. are all up to you. Wishing will not be held responsible for any problems.
7. Anything that involves certing must go through lil so all the Wishing certs are uniform. I request a 10-20% of the item/pet's price.
--7a. If you are giving away free items or pets, be sure to pay lil or bribe him with free things.
8. Aside from rent, breeding licenses, and the official shop, Wishing will not get any money from marketplace sales.
9. Every shop owner must pay a fee of 5k to own a shop.
10. All we ask is for quality items and pets that can be certed easily, which means a transparent background is a must.
1. Unless you have a breeding license from Wishing or another pet-selling shop, you MAY NOT breed their pets.
2. A breeding license for Wishing pets is 50k. Expensive, yes, but once you have a male and female pet, we'll give you the lineart so you can breed them yourself. You may also make line edits!
3. You are free to set your own price for breeding licenses for your shop's pets, (they get the lineart and right to sell it in the Marketplace) OR you can decide to keep breeding solely to your shop.
4. If you decide to sell your own pets, the lineart must be your own, whether purchased or hand drawn.
5. Pets sold elsewhere on Gaia cannot be sold in Wishing.
6. You must be willing to allow other people to make items to go on your pet.
7. Pets must have set lineart so people can create items for them.
--7a. If you are uncomfortable with people making items for your lineart, do not sell them.
8. Please describe your pets in your shop, it'll make things much more interesting.
9. You need land to own pets so in addition to the 5k shop fee, you must pay 10k per species sold.
10. The only pets allowed on Wishing are the pets that are sold in Wishing. You may not create a species only for your use.
1. You can create items for any static lineart in Wishing unless they are stand alone items that can be put in a Starlet's "toy box".
2. Aside from items sold in official shop, items cannot be used to change a pet's Class or speed.
3. Do NOT copy or steal items from other shops in Wishing, make them unique.
4. These items must be created by you or you have permission to use them.
5. Keep in mind of classes of your Starlet, as well as the people buying them! A Class M cannot afford ruby and diamond tiaras.
