So after being dead for a time I have decided to return and start an RP!!! WHOOT!!! I was thinking we could go for a feudal era japan setting. Any character or pairing is allowed. No OC's.
Plot: Loosely based on the plot of " The Tale of Genji"...basically Genji was an extremely handsome young prince who liked to have affairs with ALL of the court ladies...only in this case it would be more like all of the court boys mrgreen but there can be girls too.
Our Genji shall be Naruto. ( Of course, he's the town slut, who else can be Genji) Other characters shall be the sons or daughters of high ranking court officials who have a lot of time on their hands.
Court activities in feudal Japan involve:
Playing shougi
drawing
writing haiku
drinking tea
....not much else, these people had a pretty leisurely life while the peasants starved to death and suffered from plague and clan wars...
Note on time period: The RP shall be set in pre-samurai era Japan. ( before the 11th century AD) The imperial capital at the time was Kyoto. Those known as samurai at this time were warriors sent by the emperor to subdue indigenous tribes in the east and north of Japan. They had yet to gain any real political power. So your characters can be a samurai but note that at this time they serve the emperor instead of the shogun.
