Welcome to the Naruto RP!
Thirty years after the death of Hokage Uzumaki Naruto, a strange and mysterious virus has been spreading throughout the leaf village. All anyone knows is that it enhances the effects of genjutsu and ninjutsu, but not taijutsu. Various healers from other villages have come to help, accompanied by teams of three ninja, in the traditional manner. Unfortunately, no healers have been able to help.

Mainly a Ninjutsu user, knows a little bit of Taijutsu/Karate (whatever you want to call it) and 5 Genjutsu.
Bloodline Limit: Dragons Eye
appearance (pic or text, or both): ...SHORT! Black, petite, curly hair that is always in a bun. Glasses. Very thin. Always has a satchel with various things in it (poisons, antidotes, weapons, bandages etc. etc.) Knee length skirt, white thigh-highs, combat boots, purple tanktop, black jacket, ANBU mask tied to her waist.

History: Has a smothering family actually, which is why she is so screwed up... she has an over-protective mother, a success of a father and a stable life and a person that adores her (her sister Kimiko). Her parents are infected with the disease, and she has estranged herself from her sister( who is now a rogue ninja. The disease mutated into a very aggressive virus, much like rabies, and Kimiko's mental health is slowly deteriorating and she is losing all sense of who she is). Rukia is trying to find the cure by herself on the side. SUNAGAKURE ANBU chief healer (1 of 7) and on the war council for the village.
Personality: Naturally playful outside of fighting. When fighting, very emotionally detached (some would call it being a sadist). Fights with an amused smile on, does not kill, but prefers amputate or cripple (etc) instead, because it leaves her victims WISHING they died, and give into her commands. Jokes a lot, but is mildly insensitive to other peoples feelings... you might call her blunt... slightly perverted.
Extra: ... Her Dragons Eye can magnify and track anybody in front of her. Just straight in front though... kinda crappy in battle, very good for looking for stuff or tracking a person.
