Those who watch deathnote have probably heard of nightmare. The do the song "The world" that is featured as the first opening. I love them. Chiba Jun aka Yomi is the lead singer and absolutely HOT ((pic on my profile)) Just let me know I'm not the only nightmare fan out there...

Personally, I don't like them a lot. They're pretty good though.
For anyone else reading this, they also did Raison d'Etre from the anime Claymore.

I ADORE Nightmare
Ever since I found out Death Note had an anime Ive loved them.
Same with Maximum the Hormone.

Nightmare's pretty cool.. I like Jibun no Hana, livEVIL, Criminal Baby and some of their other songs. Sakito's a really good guitarist!! whee

I really don't like the songs they did for Death Note, lol. I'm a long-time fan but their songwriting tends to be really, really hit or miss. Either I love a given song or I absolutely hate it.
My favorite album of theirs is Outlaw from back in the day 3nodding Shinjitsu no Hana is still the best song they've ever written. I also love Bildungsroman and Tokyo Shounen, among others.
