Sherbert beamed. "You are most welcome. I'm very happy to." She smiled with a very loveing smile. She could feel the warmth as well. It made her heart happy.

((Sorry I took so long to reply. I had a hard time thinking of a reply. D: ))
Cain returned the smile with a loving smile of his own. "You're the only person I've ever felt this way about."
As he stood there he felt his belly grumble and heard the noise it made. "I forgot I hadn't eaten anything today. Would like to look for food with me?"

"Oh?" Sherbert asked. He didn't have to talk about if he didn't want to. She only knew MacCloud and he was sorta like a son to her.
"Oh, sure. I found berries once. Though, I don't remember where."

"We'll just have to look for them then."
Cain looked around for any bushes that had berries. There were none. He walked a little further, but still no bushes. When he looked up he saw tree branches, but more importantly, fruit! Now how to get them?
He tried jumping on a low hanging, only to have it break and send him crashing to the ground.

Sherbert watched and then smiled. "They look hard to get. What about climbing the tree?" She asked as she moved over to the trunk of the tree. She patted it with her paws to see if she could climb it.

((I'd like to wrap this up soon, since I'm gonna be busy for Christmas stuffs.))
"I'll try to climb it. I don't want you to get hurt."
Despite Cain's body aching from his fall, he still walked over to the tree and dug his claws in. He was able to get a good grip and slowly he moved his other paws up and started climbing. He reached a branch that looked sturdy enough, tested it with one paw, then hoisted himself up.
"It's actually a pretty nice view up here," he said and smiled.
Then he looked around for the fruit. He spotted some at the end of the branch he was perched on and carefully made his way over to them. As he moved forward, the branch grew more narrow. Soon he got close to the edge, but when he put his paw down, he heard a crack. He was able to jump back in time to avoid falling, but the fruit fell with the branch. The good thing was they stayed intact as they hit the hard ground. Now he had to get down so he could share them with Sherbert.

Sherbert watched and then ran over to make sure Cain was okay. He seemed it. "I'm glad you didn't get hurt. They berries look good too. Thanks." She told him with a smile and nod.

He sat down next to Sherbert and ate the berries. They were very good and it was nice to be eating in such great company. After he finished, he felt full and content and even sleepy. He stood up and yawned.
"Well, I should be going. It was very nice meeting you and I hope to see you again sometime soon." Cain smiled. Being with Sherbert was the best time he ever had and he was kind of sad to be leaving, but he was getting tired.

sherbert nodded. "It was nice meeting you. I had a nice day." She bowed her head to him. "Sure, I'm always around somewhere! See you again." She said in her sing song voice before she went back to eating a few more berries.
