This morning the weirdest thing happened to me. Okay, so my mom's a hardcore caffeine addict, and she asked me if I wanted some coffee and so I said yeah, and as she poured the coffee and handed it to me, I though about how Sid Vicious died doing heroin with his mom. It was a weird thought, but it made me think. Am I going to end up like my mom, being a terrible caffeine addict, always working, and generally unhappy? I'm a recovering amphetamine addict, so caffeine is really nothing to me, but the thought still scares me, because my mom's life is the opposite of what I want to be.

To drink coffee with family is to bond! -dances around- Just because one is a caffiene addict doesn't mean that you will become an unhappy workaholic. You could become a happy caffinated workaholic and find another happy caffinated workaholic so you can be happily caffinated together as you work. -nods spastically-

Like Tweek's family on South Park.
I don't think you be like your mom, especially if you don't want it and try hard not to be like it then it wont happen. But then again in some ways the child is like the parent anyway. But hopefully not all the negative things.
