Well, if it's really a spirit, he should be able to look any way he wants to. So in that case, just tell him it bothers you and ask that he take a different form.

OK! WHAT IF DEMON BOY IS TRYING TO GET TOONW OF MY FRIENDS? what do i do? and what if theres a Poltergieste thats hounting a girls house? i know her yet hate her. so what am i supposed todo?

First of all, calm down. sweatdrop
If this girl does not want your help, there is pretty much nothing you can do except send good energy her way and ask a deity/spirit guide to look after her.
I want to tell you from personal experience that if someone doesn't want help or doesn't want to change, you will not be able to help them. They will thwart any efforts you make and they will hate you for it. This is true of someone who is in spiritual danger, a drug addict, or someone who generally lives an unhealthy or dangerous lifestyle.
In the case of your friend, you need to make sure that she both wants help and is willing to cooperate. Don't always jump to the conclusion that what you're dealing with is a demon, because if it's a negative energy manifest, you will only be feeding it your fear and anxiety.
Try some of the things suggested before, like cleaning and blessing the house, as well as shielding and healing your friend. A strong aura and healthy, positive energy are almost always enough to protect a person.
Like I said before, if the entity can both communicate and prove it has intelligence, then you may be dealing with an actual entity. In this case, I suggest either asking a priest or shaman for advice before doing anything by yourself, because you don't know what kind of spirit you may be dealing with, so it could be very dangerous without someone who has a lot of experience to help you.

exactly, just calm down and relax for a second, recollect your thoughts, then take it one step at a time.
first, i would suggest some either holy water, or a blessed cross, that usually protect you well enough until a skilled exorcist can help you.

calm down, the demon can be held at bay with some simple items, do you have a church in your town? get some blessed rosary beads, a cross and some holy water. i know it sounds cliche, but it should work.
the reason those work is simple, blessings are pure concentrations of goodness, therefore, evil cannot stand them.
so you get some for you and yoru friend.
