So my school does this thing called the bruin brawl, where people fight over this football-like leather thing. They say it's a bear, but it really looks more like a pair of conjoined boxing gloves. Anyway, tonight was the bruin brawl for the womenfolk. Around ten seniors (the defending champs) were there, and about six freshman, and a couple sophomores showed up. The seniors were all organized and stuff, and I didn't know who half the other freshman were.
So it gets started off by this guy throwing it off the roof after distracting us with a box full of ice and paint. I see it coming, grab the bruin, and take off. I make it about five feet before I get completely tackled and stuff. It was hilarious.
Anywho, the goal is to get the "bruin" off campus. After around a half-hour of intense brawling and stuff, one of the freshman managed to break away and took off. She had the quicks, man. It was crazy. So yeah, we won, and I feel super hardcore. I have bruises and fingernail marks on my arm. I'm going to be crazy sore tomorrow. BUT IT WAS AWESOME.
tl;dr, Brawling. Tackled. Victory. Tired.

It was so much fun. I'm all sore, but it's the awesome kind of sore that means I did something cool.
I'll be sure to invite you next time it happens. xD
