I would love to help you, but the idea is really something you have to come up with yourself. Any idea that I come up with I'm going to use and I'm not going to give it away.
Try picking a genre and them making a character. Sometimes just doing this is enough to start the ideas flowing.

some creatures have been banned from loving and being loved by the ever controling goverment, but not every single creature falls under that law of no love as some have taken a stand agaisnt the law and the goverment. good and evil clash as the creatures fight for their rights and the hearts of their crushes. will the good guys win or will they fall forever in a deep dark hole of emptyness and sorrow?
