But I bet nobody else has an old school DS that is 2-toned red and black so it's all good.

Has anyone else taken apart electronic stuff for fun/cosmetic unnecessary junk?

Well, I do remember slaughtering my robot toys to get all the small lamps and stuff. I buit a small rig of those lamps. I also made like an alarm with the soundbox. It looked ugly...lots of tape razz

When I got bored with stuff I tended not to smash it to bits. Not unless it was broken anyway.

The air is warm, but I feel grey;

My main criticism came from the fact that I was most certainly tearing up something that was in perfect working order. gonk

@___@

Why tear something apart that works fine? :/

you know when you put it back together its not going to work - but mind you boys tend to like doing that a lot -

I've done it with broken things that are worthless for curiositys sake but nothing that is of any value or working fine..

I never take things apart if they're already working!
Except my computer ;D
it needed upgrading.. but still technically worked.

I took apart a disposable camera, that was fun mrgreen
