Tama fidgeted as she thought about turning back; there was a better than even chance they would run into the pond again, although you never knew, the way it migrated about. It bothered her that so much as thinking about the pond upset her this much, but not so much that she was anxious to fix it this minute. Or maybe that meant she really was extremely nervous . . . She shook her head to clear her thoughts, remembering he original question. "Let's just keep going this way, okay?" she suggested, half smiling tentatively, her eyes shifting back nervously.

"Alright," replied Seth, still wondering about why the pond is making her so nervous. He was sure it was the pond, since that's the only plausible thing to be scared off right now. Not that he really blamed her, since the weather made swimming sort of a dangerous affair. "I wonder if we'll see anything new." he commented as they continued to walk.

Tama subconciously grew less tense as they walked away from the pond, eventually relaxing enough to smile good naturedly and joke around a bit. "Well," she replied thoughtfully, "I'm afraid it would dreadfully boring if we were suddenly struck with a spate of 'same ol', same ol'," she laughed. All thoughts of the pond were very firmly tucked into the back of her head, not likely to return . . . for now.

Seth relaxed some when Tama grew less tense, happy that she seemed back to normal. "Yeah, I agree. It would be rather dull. Not that being with you could ever be truly boring," he added off-handedly. He always had a good time with Tama, even if there was nothing terribly interesting to do. Suddenly, Seth felt a cold wetness on his nose. Blinking in surprise, he rised his eyes up to the sky. "Snow?"

Tama giggled at Seth's compliment, forming a nice little response in her mind, when she heard his surprised comment. "Snow?" she echoed, looking up to see that it was, indeed snowing.
"Snow!" she repeated, delighted, doing a little prance in the available space. "First snow," she continued, looking thoughtfully at Seth, mischievous sparks dancing in her eyes. Quickly, before she could talk herself out of it, she dashed up to him and quickly kissed him on the cheek before running a bit ahead, blushing.

Seth watched as Tama pranced for a bit in the first snow of the season, then surprised him by planting a kiss on the cheek. Seth blushed at first, then smiled happily and ran on after her to catch up. He wondered if he should kiss her back or if they should just walk together. When he finally caught up he settled for a nice comprimise, nuzzling her and walking side by side.

Tama hadn't quite managed to get her blush under control when Seth caught up with her; thankfully, it wasn't that noticeable since she was a brown color. She sighed happily and nuzzled back, just enjoying his company on the quiet, snowy walk.
