So, since Jet wasn't a part of the first invasion, can we assume he is dead? Or, maybe he'll pull off some major badassery and show up just when the Gaang needs it. Maybe they can use Zuko as a lure, because there was some Zuko/Jet gayness in a few of those episodes.
Maybe he's in prison with Suki?

I would love to believe that, but I really think that jet Died back in Ba Sing Se when that boulder collided with his head D;
And I hope Suki Did not Die either! ;O

Remeber in the episode "Lake Laogai" when the leader of the Dai li hit jet with some hefty rocks...?After that Katara tried healing him, and said "it dosn't look good" Smellerbee said he was thier leader and that they would take care of jet,then Longshot told Katara and the others to get out while they could, ? Jet looked at Katara and said "I'll be fine", then Toph said "He's lying...." and then Smellerbee and longshot started crying.... Yeah...jets dead...:/ No chance of him being baddass....
But i definatley think Suki is alive. I don't think Azula actually has the guts to kill someone. Neither does Ozai...I think they arent as bad as they come off.

Aside from presumptions, it was stated in an interview that, yes, Jet did die in the depths under Lake Laogai.

RIP Kevin...Love Forever Aside from presumptions, it was stated in an interview that, yes, Jet did die in the depths under Lake Laogai. Sucks, huh? Not really. It's a war. I know it's a kids show but the lack of death poll gets to me sometimes. I demand bigger numbers!

i think that jet is dead, i cnat believe it!, but he's dead. As for suki, she IS NOT dead because i belive that the avatar show crew has something up their sleeve for suki. ninja

I dunno.
I personally don't want for her to be dead..
but then again, they didn't show Suki for almost I think [ This is just guessing here]
10 episodes or so?
Maybe they'll find her after they go to the Western Air Temple?

;O On another note - Katara was a dumb-butt and decided that she wouldn't use her OMGHOLYWATER ~ Spirit Oasis Water, same difference ~ 8D On poor Jet-a-Thang ~ D< What an idiot.
xD Though - the creators even commented on this... she was too 'distraught' or... something. I don't know. Apparently even they forgot about it.

But if she'd used it on Jet, then she might not have been able to use it on Aang at the end of the season. Also, you have to hope Suki is alive, Azula could have been lying and just have been taunting Sokka when she mentions her, plus it'd be a good bit of character development for Sokka if the love of his life died especially considering the fact that Yue "died" and he feels guilty about that, so that would add more depth to his character, but if the creators of the show did that I think they'd have a bunch of angry Avatar fans breaking their doors down with torches and pitchforks.

He'd dead though. :/ SUKI IS ALIVE. Don't EVER say otherwise! >.< Besides, Azula could kill ten people at once if she wanted to, anyone could, but no one should have the WILL to kill, because murder dishonors society etce etc. (Yeah, bit infrince, I know.)

Jet is dead, read in an interview, and everything else that has been mentioned already.
Suki had BETTER be alive. I need someone to break up Tokka.
But to comment on Butterfly, I hope Longshot and Smellerbee did get out too. I liked those two.

I don't think they would kill someone like Suki off screen like that. Azula said she was a prisoner and I think she still is. So I'm guessing Sokka will be a big manly hero and save her later on.
