Lorioth inwardly chided himself for being so clumsy, but it was hard to keep his thoughts off the blossoming feeling of pain stemming from his ankle. Sprained from the look of it, as it was starting to swell slightly which was definitely one of the symptoms. The doctor suddenly gave a yelp as More pressed the sore area, and without thinking, he quickly took his charge’s hands off the ankle.
Somehow, he still managed to blush immensely regardless of the aching throbbing. “I’m sorry!” he cried in reference to the removal of the youth’s hands. His face instantly adopted a worried expression, only to be replaced by a slight wince as a fresh bout of pain washed over the ankle.
“It-it seems like a second degree sprain of the ankle…which means I’ll need to stop the swelling by placing ice on it and then reduce the inflammation by wrapping it with something. I-I don’t think I’m able to walk. Oh my gosh, I’m so, so very sorry! I promise I’ll be more careful next time and…”
Another wave of pain racked the afflicted ankle, and Lorioth was left biting his lip, helplessly sitting on the floor.

More winced as Lorioth yelped in pain. He listened to the doctor carefully, drawing down useful information as well as musing over how well Lorioth can still deliver his diagnoses while in such pain. At the end of his words More looked around the gym, and, after finding no potential help, he shook his head.
"Doctor, I don't think there's any ice around here. So..."
In a swift motion the young man reached out and held onto Lorioth's waist, adjusting him so his one hand could grab onto the doctor's back and the other his knees. When ready, he gently lifted Lorioth off of the floor, carrying him like a little girl in his strong arms. There, he darted to the exit while holding the doctor securely.
"Forgive me Dr. Manneth, we will have to return to your office to get the wound treated."

Lorioth suddenly found himself much higher above the ground than he had been a second ago. His startled emerald green eyes widened dramatically as he found himself staring into More’s face. The truth of what happened hit him hard on the head (both literally and figuratively, as when he tried to get up from his position of lying down in the youth’s arms, he accidentally bumped his head on his charge’s shoulder).
His cheeks were set aflame by the appearance of some of the brightest hues of red that they had ever known, and the doctor was absolutely mortified. He was being carried in the arms of a student. The doctor was speechless as he silently murmured a prayer that no one would be around at this late hour to witness his embarrassment. Still stupefied, the professor could only watch dumbly as the silhouetted shadows that marked the presence of the silent trees flashed before his eyes. Slightly shivering from the breezy chill of the night air, Lorioth closed his eyes and unconsciously shifted a little closer to the nearest source of warmth—namely More. He vaguely heard a door opening, but felt so mortified that all he was concentrating on was not to faint in his charge’s arms. That would be even more excruciatingly painful.
His eyelids lifting once again, the teacher saw that they had reached the office. His mouth groped for words, and after squeaking several times, he finally forced out, “Umm, aaahhh…thankyoubutyoucanputmedownnowsir! The…the ice…is in…”
Oh…where exactly was the ice? It was impossible to remember in her incoherent state of mind.

If he was determined, nothing could stop More from doing what he wanted to do. The young man carried Lorioth out of the Gym in a split, and walked fast---as in, walked at the speed of someone riding a bike, or at least seemed like so---back to Lorioth's office, which was a science lab composed of chemicals, medicines, different kinds of cell culture rooms, etc etc... Because there was a lot equipments in the room, Lorioth's own workspace looked exceedingly narrow. More had trouble avoiding bumping into things with Lorioth in his arms. At this pace, forget about the ice...it's hard to even find a place to put down the poor doctor. His chair was not too far away, but getting there would mean squeezing in between two tall cabinets that only allowed one person to enter (perhaps only people the size of Lorioth too) at a time.
The young man almost snickered when Lorioth called him "sir" again. He resisted the urge to ask the doctor if he looked really that old, and instead shook his head.
"Is there a suitable place for you to sit, doctor?" More glanced the enclosed chair once more and sighed, "without you know, destroying anything around here?"
More wouldn't have minded to keep holding the poor doctor if there was no other alternative.

Shaking his head slightly, Lorioth weakly surveyed his office with a critical eye. Was it really that messy and unorganized? The answer was yes, yes it was—More could barely make his way around the room without swerving to avoid sending his materials plummeting down to the ground and possibly shattering on impact. After all, his charge was probably just as solid as any floor could possibly be. He would definitely have to clean up around here once he got the time and opportunity to…
The blush stubbornly remained painted in place, regardless of the doctor silently willing it to fade away into a delicate peach and mask his obvious embarrassment, which was probably emanating from him in tangible waves of feverish warmth at the moment.
Laughing quietly at More’s question despite the situation, Lorioth replied, “No, that chair is the only place –if you can fit between that space. I’m not accustomed to meeting people in here…”
The teacher let out a sigh as he realized that More probably couldn’t squeeze into that little enclosed space that held his chair, which meant that he would have to suffer the humiliation of lying in the young man’s arms even longer.

"..But doctor, there's no way I can get into that tight space carrying you like this." More laughed in response, a little embarrassed about the fact that he was too big to fit into that tight space even without Lorioth in his arms. Looking around, and not wanting to let the doctor to sit on the floor, the young man sighed. "Should I bring you to my dorm instead? It's more spacious there. I'll just get the ice...whereever it is, and treat you there?"
If he had time, More decided, he will have to help the poor doctor cleaning out this over-crowded lab-office.

Lorioth couldn’t help but to give a poorly concealed sigh as he saw the truth in More’s statement. Then he immediately chided himself for showing his anxiety so openly and blushed a bright and lively red, almost rivaling the hue of his swollen ankle. The swelling was starting to slow, and the doctor let out another sigh—one of relief this time. It wasn’t anything really serious, except he probably wouldn’t be running around the halls of the school anytime soon…not that he really minded not being able to do that. With his clumsiness and luck, he’ll probably end up giving himself another sprain.
“It’s starting to get a bit better,” Lorioth said to his charge in an almost amused manner, “must be because the ankle is being kept close to my heart’s level. I don’t know where the ice is, but I think I should have some in my dorm. Do you want to go there instead? It’ll save you the trouble of…well, having to carry me back to the said dorm after we finish putting ice on my ankle. I’m really sorry to be so much trouble to you, More.”
The doctor blushed once again. Hopefully this whole experience would just remind him to be slightly more careful in the future.
Hopefully...

The young man felt heat rush up to his face. Why didn't he think of that? It was so much closer and convinient, not to mention More actually could go into the teacher's dorm with his special status. He chuckled, shaking his head to mock himself of his poor decision making. "I'm glad it's getting better, doctor. And sure, I'll be happy to bring you back to your place."
Turning, More carefully moved toward the door, making sure he kept Lorioth safe without touching any of the equipments. When he reached the door he managed to take out one of his hand (holding the doctor fully in the other) just for a brief moment to close the door. When it was done, the young man looked around in the hall way, then smiled back to Lorioth.
"Well doctor, I'll be listening to your instruction on where I should be going."

Lorioth felt a strong blush touch his cheeks as he saw More’s face getting red. What did he do this time? The doctor felt a little more at ease when his charge laughed once again, though his embarrassment at having the young man see his impossibly messy office kept the blush firmly upon cheeks.
The teacher had made the trip between his office and his dorm so much, that under normal circumstances, he could probably have walked between the two with his eyes closed. However, now that he tried to recall how exactly he managed to get to the dorm, his mind shut down and refused to supply an answer.
“I—er…” Lorioth muttered, trying to force the knowledge to flow to his brain. “It’s erm…oh! It’s a little further down than the mall…and uhhh, next to the auditorium!” Wow, that was…really clear and informative, wasn’t it?
“So…that way?” the doctor finished lamely, pointing back towards the direction of the gym that they had left behind earlier.

Having not been to the teacher's dorm often, More was not familiar with the area. However, he was well aware of the rough location of the building, and that was what guided him mostly. Carrying the poor doctor effortlessly in his arms, the young man would have completely ignored Lorioth's instructions to find the building. Nonetheless, he nodded earnestly in appreciation everytime Lorioth said something. A show of respect, at least.
It didn't take the two long before showing themselves up in the teacher's dorm. It was then Lorioth would become most useful. For one, he will need to point out to More where his room was located, and two, he will need to open the gate to the teacher's dorm first.
The young man waited at the gate for a moment before figuring out that he would have to have some sort of identification in order to enter. Chuckling, he looked down at Lorioth.
"I hope you brought some kind of key with you, doctor?"

The scenery once again flashed before his slightly unfocused eyes, and though he did try his best to contribute some directions to instruct More on how to reach their destination, it seemed as though the student already knew which way to turn or which path to take before the words even left Lorioth’s mouth.
Before he knew it, they were standing at the foot of the familiar gate that guarded the slightly more reclusive teacher’s dorm. The doctor waited as More waited, waiting until his charge asked him about a key…
A key…? Oh, right that key.
Sighing, the teacher laughed grimly in his head. At this rate, he would have to retire sooner than he thought. Of course, they needed a key. Otherwise, what purpose would the gate serve but decoration?
“Right, the key,” confirmed Lorioth, nodding, “it’s uh…here.” Fishing it out of his pocket, the doctor offered the object to the young man.

"Thank you." More smiled and shook his head. Instead of taking the key, the young man moved closer to the gate so the electronic card key receptor was within his arm's reach. Since both of his hands were occupied with Lorioth in his arms, it would be much more convinient to let the doctor do the job himself.
"If you please, Dr. Manneth." More hoped his action wasn't too respectful or making the poor doctor too uncomfortable. He had noticed the frequent blush on Lorioth's face. Amusing they were, the young man couldn't help but to feel guilty for making the doctor blush so much...for reasons that he did not quite comprehend.

“N-no problem,” Lorioth stuttered, the poor doctor a jumble of nerves at this time. He waited in confusion as More refused the key, instead walking towards the gate, going right up to their domineering presence. The teacher’s eyelids were beginning to droop from the fatigue of the whole experience, and it was all Lorioth could do to resist the alluring call of sleep, resist being called away to the world which whisked you away to an alternate reality—a reality which hopefully, was not embarrassing in any form of manifestation.
His emerald eyes narrowed as weariness started to win over the tired doctor. More said something, and Lorioth was jolted out of his hazy reverie.
“O-oh, of-of course,” he murmured, too tired to even blush in the embarrassment of missing the obviousness of his young charge’s intentions.
Inching forward, the doctor slid the keycard swiftly into the designated spot, and waited for the gate to accept his identity.

The divice blinked for one or two times, then beeped as the gate slided open smoothly, registering and confirming Lorioth as one of the teachers living within the teacher's dorm. The young man managed to grab the ID key that was spat out by the divice. Handing it to Lorioth, More gave a little smile before proceeding to enter the building. It was not until then did he realize the time was getting quite late, and that Lorioth had almost fell asleep in his arms.
"Which floor do you live on, Doctor?" More asked, trying to make his voice as clear as possible so the dozing doctor could hear without trouble. He'd get the doctor in his room in just a moment...More hoped he could be quick enough.

The doctor sleepily watched as the gate confirmed his key, and smoothly swung open to admit them to the teacher’s dormitory. Offering More a sleepy smile in return, Lorioth leaned slightly forward to accept his identification before leaning back with drooping eyelids. Inconspicuously stifling a yawn, the teacher proceeded to close his tired emerald eyes. With the night’s darkness as a mantle to stifle his anxieties, Lorioth actually felt strangely…peaceful. Still fighting the fatigue, at least until they reached his quarters, was proving to be a challenging task.
He had just almost drifted away, when More’s clear voice cut through the darkness. Shaking his head in an attempt to dispel the sleepiness, Lorioth replied in a soft voice, “A-ah…second...second floor.”
Having answered what was required of him, the doctor once again started to nod off, quickly losing his battle to fight the fatigue of the long day that was finally catching up to him.
