This is a common Technique among the Mikazuki. The Kage Makyou user's shadow rises up and is able to defend against anything that comes within melee range of the Mikazuki. Normal physical attacks/Elemental attacks will not cause any damage to the shadow, but upon being hit it will return to a normal shadow for a moment (so if the opponent has multiple attacks, the shadow will not be able to defend the Mikazuki for more than one attack). However if a Fire technique is used it will cause the Technique to end early.

This technique create clones that are composed of shadow. When hit it automatically dissolves back into a harmless shadow. However, this technique is limited to the number of people in the area. The maximum number of clones allowed is not limited like other Bushin's by your Ninjutsu Stat. (Ex: If there's only 2 people then only 2 clones can be made).

This technique create clones that are composed of shadow. When hit it automatically dissolves back into a harmless shadow. However, this technique creates 2 clones for every shadow in the area. The maximum number of clones is not limited like other Bushin's by your Ninjutsu Stat. (Ex: If there's 2 people and a tree in the area then there will be 6 clones).

While the Kage Makyou's "Kage (Shadow)" Technique allows you to animate your shadow for a short period of time, Ayumi's "Shadow Guardian" Technique allows the Mikazuki to create an exact duplicate of themself (though made out of shadow) that can move independantly of the shinobi. The Shadow Guardian has all of Ayumi's Kage Makyou techniques at its disposal and is immune to physical/elemental attacks but Fire.

This is a specialty technique created by Ayumi and what earned her the nickname "Princess of the Abyss". While the Tokoyomi is a Technique usable only be the current Heir of the Kage Makyou, Ayumi has created a minor version that can send a small area into the Shadowlands. This allows the Mikazuki to fight unlimited in lands outside of Onigashima. While in theShadowlands the Mikazuki Clan regains 5 Chakra every 2 posts. When it's activated during the day the sky turns a pale, ghostly blue and the sun, while still shining, seems very dim. Sounds of ghosts and other horror sof death can be heard in the very air around the area. At night this effect is far worse as ghosts and other visages of horror can be felt and seen in the darkness.
Stat Modification: Half Attack/Defense to all but Hidden Shadow shinobi if this Technique is used at night.
