I feel that God has put this on my heart but i'm also very worried that he hasn't. sweatdrop
Some of the kids at my school think that christianity is all about rules. They can't seem to understand that it has a depth. I need to communicate to them that God is a father, a lover, a friendnot just a ruler. Problem is how do you teach someone about someone they don't believe in?
There is no point telling them that god is merciful or whatever if they don't believe he even exists.
How?
Someone told me randomly that I should start a Christian club at school. But i want to teach non-christians about god too.
does anybody know how? What kinds of things i could do at the club?

at my school, we have a bible club. we have just as many non-'C's as we do 'C's. all we do is just have a teen or two do a lesson or read from the bible or a devo. that way, at least the word is getting out than just sitting around doing nothing for the faith.

Just make a Bible club and invite Christians as well as non-Christians. Advertise the fact (yes the FACT) that you won't push your beliefs onto people, that you'll just explain it to them more and let them decide.

i agree - what u can do is set up a club. Make sure that it doesnt specify or segregate with the title. make the title specific enough so that people dont come expecting football practice, but not so specific that JUST christians come. Make flyers and announcements. And onece u have it set up start inviting people. Like u might for church - but this is a much more relaxed atmosphere. Try not to let preassure build - make sure people can feel relaxed and comfortable to say what they thingk - and make sure u can answer their questions. Hopefully you have at least christian teacher their at ur school who will help sponser and guide. I did when i was in highschool. Anyway if u cant or have trouble setting up the club -try to do something during lunch. thiers always somthing u can do. Its deff. better than not doing anything. If people really want to know than they will come, and the word of God can not be spread in vain - fruit will come from ur labour. have faith
