Hiya guys!
Long time since a post, but I thought I'd ask what you guys do when your at conventions.
For the most part I dress up, I love to take pictures, so I chase cosplayers till I get them. lol
I also enjoy the panels and the video rooms along with the video game room, meeting the special guest and other cosplayers as well.
Oh and I love the dances and raves!! Yay!
OUtside of that, just whatever randomness comes up.
Any games that you guys play at conventions?
Have you ever made up a game of your own?

Aw, man. When I go to cons, I just go with the flow. xd But sometimes it's fun playing a sort of..."Where's Waldo" (or "Where's the Cosplayer on YouTube I Said That I Would Love to Meet at?")..when I'm walking around.
But other than that, I really love meeting new people at them (which it is near impossible not to) and whenever my partner in cosplay and I get bored, we love going to the game rooms and panels and playing Guitar Hero, now-a-days. And DDR. Sometimes you just can't have a con without a good game of DDR. mrgreen

I make my way to the con' and go directly to the wristband/
badge line. While I'm there, I may see a friend or twelve, but
it doesn't matter. I have to get into the dealers' room a.s.a.p.
So I hand over my cash, get whatever's necessary, and make
a bee- line to the promised land: A little piece of Japan in the
great U.S. of A.
Before I know it, I've entered the holy gates. Ahh, bliss.. unless
I run out of funds, of course, for it would be downhill from there.
But ehh, nothing's perfect; not even anime and video games.

It depends on the convention, how big it is, and who I go with. I almost always cosplay when I go and enter the cosplay contest. I like going to the panels and playing video games. If I'm with a group, we'll just have fun hanging out in the hallways. It's really easy to meet new people that way, and people at conventions are usually so friendly, it's easy to meet new friends.
I'm also a bit of a shopacholic so I love the vender's room too xp
A game that is fun at conventions is "Chi master remix". It's difficult to explain without being able to give some kind of visuals, but it's based off of a summer camp game called "Chi master" so if anyone ever played that at camp, then you'd have some idea. I learned it at a convention, and my friends and I thought it was ridiculously fun.

Whenever I go to a convention, I usually get involved in a LARP, or Live Action RolePlay. biggrin They usually eat up the rest of the time I could be spending at the convention, but I have trouble finding things to do at a convention, anyway.
