Yeah but it's weird. Here in PA it's on basic cable. At my parents in Jersey it's on non-basic cable. I guess it depends on the cable company or something. I don't even know which company we use to get our cable here.

Actually, satellite's not too bad - you get some interesting news channels (like Al Jazeera International, which is absolutely fantastic, and BBC World, which likes to run Michael Palin travel documentaries at times).|---

OMG!! I totally found out that we get GSN at home again!!! My parents got a new cable thing through Verizon and now we get a bajillion channels again, including GSN!! I'm so excited!!! ^_^ mrgreen mrgreen mrgreen

I don't like Al Jazeera, something about not liking their spin on almost every thing. They report on the things I care about though.

With this new verizon fios we have (or whatever it's called), we also get BBC America along with a whole slew of other channels (including GSN). I'm such a tv junkie.

wheel of fortune and jeopardy are still my favorite game shows ever! i went to see a taping of celebrity jeopardy last year at Radio City Music Hall. ^_^ It was the episode that Harry Shearer (from the Simpsons) ended up winning!

Yes, I went to a taping. We got there early, so we had pretty good seats too, still in the orchestra level, I think around row O or T, on the left side facing the stage.
