I also tried to draw pictures of my son and a pictur of me and my ex but those disn' work out as well as I would have liked. The first try is almost always the best and you can never even come close to repeating it. D:
You should. It's a challenge and when I got it right I felt awesome. x3

yeah i get that when drawing too! the first time seems to work the best xD
but i have done some tablet realism but i had no reference but iuts not that good D: you m,ay have seen it before - it was in the art freebee guild xD

I don't do much realism. It's not my specialty but I use myself as a reference. x3
I take pictures of my self and pose. :3
It sounds silly but it works out okay. :3
