Taiki stared down at the ground as he ran oddly examining at the rocks in front of him. "That one kind of looks like a deer, well specifically a hart." He commented almost tripping over it in all the excitement to analyze it.

Zanzu groaned out a little as he heard the person closing in on him. Persistant old people...ohhh well, guess It won't be as easy as I originally thought it would. Zanzu began to turn his light jog into a light run, his breath becoming heavier by the step.

Taiki resumed his pace huffing on his cigarette all the while. "Quite a nice day for a stroll don't you agree fishboy?" He called forward at the child in front of him using the very same nickname method he uses with everyone.

Yukika growled slightly as the people infront of her left her soundly in the dust. She pushed herself to her feet, more than determined to catch up to all the other competitors. "HERE WE GO!"
But, that was before she realized that she was standing on one of her feet, causing her to trip, before she even got running, spinning and flailing as she hit the ground again. She slammed her fist into the dirt several times. "CRAP CRAP CRAP."

Unfortunately for the guy behind him, Zanzu heard not a word of it, the wind blowing in his face and the spectators cheering were about all he could hear as he sprinted closer and closer to the finish line...whether they were cheering him on or the naked man...He cared not, and didn't want to look behind him to find out, just the thought sent shivers up his spine.

Taiki looked to the side immediatly catching the glare of a woman who's red eyes where quite prominent. Karen! Oh shi! Today's supposed to be the start of our honey moon...she's gonna kill me. Wait maybe I can convince her this isn't like the time in the Hidden Rain four years ago. Or the Hidden Snow two years ago. Or the... Lost in thought the jounin fell forward distracted by the appearance of his wife.

Zanzu noticing that he was almost at the finishing line now began to make his final sprint, bursting for it as quickly as he could as his eyes became completely fixated on the finishing line, not moving from it for even the slightest distraction. Hah...them old people never stood a chance against someone as young and energy filled as me! They should learn their place!

Taiki picked himself back up and began running jogging again this time making sure not to look to the right anymore. Unfortunately he could still feel the daggers coming out of her eyes as she continued to gaze at him.

Toki had become blissfully unaware of what was going on around him as he slowed down slightly and people ran past him. It seemed that the majority of his alcohol was just now hitting him and his competitive edge disappeared as a result. As far as he was concerned, he was now running for the sake of running.
"Hmmm, I wonder where Kyoukan parked the boat? Wait, when you leave a boat somewhere, is it even called parking? Hmmmmmm, tough thoughts man."

As Toki continued his naked jog, he decided to reflect upon his life. Aside from three students he had had years ago, his life was really just a blur of senseless killing, all in the name of a country he no longer served.

Zanzu slowed down, gasping for air as he drew closer and closer. Just...A...few...more...steps...YES! Zanzu thought, stepping across the finishing line with one foot then running past it a short distance before comming to a stop and falling over onto his back.
