Hey p33ps!
Well, I'm all happy now, because I just beat Through-the-Fire-and-Flames!
Triple yay!
The trick was, I held down the green key with my face in the intro.
Whoo!

TTFAF is hell. I keep dying at 80is;h so for like an hour or so i've been doing nothing but playing the solo's in practice mode hoping i remember how they look and pretty much pass it. I can get by the intro, but not too well, but once i get out of there... i do pretty well until the 70ish mark... or soemthing....
Keep practicing!

I haven't played GHIII yet, but I don't think the tap intro will be too hard. Afterall I have hammer-oned and pull-offed that one part in Thunderhorse. The WHOLE thing. More than once. I'm good at hammers and pulls.

I actually found out an easy way of beating it, one of my friends passed it by keeping the green button down with tape. If i just plain CAN'T beat it I might try this but otherwise I'm gonna play fair.

They won't let you do that at a competition though. ; D @ Prince of Darkness :: Thunderhorse's sweeping part is much easier than the intro of TTFAF. D:

I've only made a few attempts at TTFAF on Extreme. Usually I play it on Hard. Plus I'm waiting for Mario Galaxy this tuesday ninja
