Funniest show I have ever seen. Vash and Wolfwood are my all time favorite anime characters. There are no better pairs in the history of anime. The show was very funny, but also successfully included seriousness and...teh sad stuffs. WHY DID WOLFWOOD HAVE TO DIE?! lol

I don't know why he had to die... Still the end was a little open ended... I was always hoping that they would continue it some how.

Just be glad it didn't turn out like other popular shows that have hundreds of episodes. They get old quickly lol.

Poll options = fail.
It's alright. It lacks depth.

Poll options = truth.
And it only lacks depth to those who do not understand.

Definition of opinion = We're both wrong.
I do understand it, I'm just way more into adult anime. I guess I'd like trigun better if it lived up to it's hype. It's good, but not that good.

It's good, but not that good. First: Trigun is Adult Anime. No child (other than strange ones like myself when I was young) is going to see clearly, and understand this anime. You are basing your belief that his is an adult anime on the immature behavior of the main characters, but are failing to see how it connects to the 'why' behind it all. I also believe that a lot of the immature behavior leans slightly to the adult side of humor if understood correctly, and connects very well to the hidden immature side of many adults today. Second: The 'hype' COMPLETELY FAILS to live up to the show. The 'hype' is nothing. You clearly have failed to understand.

It's supposed to be an adult anime, but it really doesn't seem to be doing an adequate job for my tastes; I've seen better. I'm not saying Trigun is bad, it's ranked up there with my top 15 favorite anime, I just think people over-hyped it. Oh! Don't tell me what I fail to do, please.

Don't tell me what I fail to do, please. mrgreen I think I read to much as a child. When I watch something like Trigun I easily see how everything connects, and why Trigun specifically is Epic imo. What you don't understand is something that pretty much no one will notice when watching a show like Trigun, and is not something I would probably be able to describe (unless I felt like watching the entire show and typing up a huge description at the same time. too much work and you would never read it lol.) I also tend to think that books that are supposed to be 'really confusing/random/mystifying/hard to understand or figure out' (for example De Vinci Code or Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy) when advertised or explained by people I know, I usually understand them very well the first time through. This is sometimes very disappointing. And by the way...My favorite anime is actually .hack//SIGN. Most people think this show is only ok. People miss a lot in that show. (i probably even miss some in that show.) this post is long and probably sounds kinda stupid. it is certainly a little bit random.

(i probably even miss some in that show.) Trigun is a moderate set of matrices (I'll just assume you know what these are, and no and I don't mean Algebraic sets xp ) which is part of what makes it so good. I'm also only mildly embarassed to say, I don't like the artwork. There's just something about it I find distracting (and no, it's not just a girl thing or a new generation thing; I've been spoiled by CLAMP and that's all there is to it), but again, I do really like Trigun. I get a lot out of it, and I'm sure I'm missing more than you are. If you wanna type up something that long, I'll read it.

Trigun is awesome for everybody because you can get as much or as little as you want from it. If you look for deep meaning it is there but it is not shoved down your throat. I do agree though that it is not the best art and that their are a few better shows.
