As many or some of you are aware, I'm currently working on a new guild format and layout. This is nearly complete, I expect it will be ready for the new year, which is my goal.

I'm going to give you a heads up as to what's going to happen, so you're not caught by storm.

- Everything is going be moved into the recycle bin forum. I feel it would be cruel to just delete your stuff, so you'll still be able to access it in the recycle bin.

- We are going to become a literate guild. This means that it will be expected of each and every member to have profiles, each post will consist of 2 or more well formed paragraphs. The color guide will no longer be required, nor will posting your character's image. The new rules will explain in further detail.

- Forums are going to be better organized, and separated by era.

- Playing canons or characters related to canons will be carefully scrutinized. Crazy fankids tend to harass players or owners if their favorite character has somehow been mutilated.

- Fanfiction will be submitted to myself or another moderator before being posted, to ensure it follows our rules.

There's going to be a lot more changes too. I'm really sorry to throw so much at you guys, I know it's kind of a pain to have all these changes constantly. But once it's done, we'll have a wicked, awesome guild with (hopefully) lots of active members.

The only members that will remain after Dec 1/2007 are members that have posted, or members that have donated. If you have donated, but not posted, you'll be PM'ed. If you're kicked out, and wish to rejoin, you may, under the circumstances that you will become an active member.

I ask that everyone please read this, and post to tell me that you understand what's happening. I really don't want to get 1354532157451 Pm's saying "you deleted my thread! why?"

Not at all, tourniquet! As it stands, I've been a horrible captain, so it's entirely my fault that you don't know the answers to these questions.

Profiles are for your characters, yes. While In the past, I have already had this mandatory, some people have felt themselves above submitting this or they are simply too lazy to read the rules. So, when the new layout is done, any posts that are not complimented by character profiles will be deleted.

Yes, you still have permission to play Sirius. I think you could play him without being attacked by those insane fans.

Yes, every chapter will be submitted. To those that are already mods, I assume you will make sure your stories abide by the rules of this guild. I haven't come across any that break these rules, outside of the odd one or two.

Question:I like the Death Eaters thread, do you plan on deleting that one too??
