I sometimes feel like revolting against the gaming companies over some issues that I have with them (me personally, not general gamers). For instance, I have a problem with how the gaming companies tend to limit themselves on what kinds of games they make. A lot of gaming companies (not most, not all) are gaining quick reputations to make a certain type of game, so the audience automatically expects that certain type of game from that certain company, like how kids would normally expect for Square Enix to make another RPG title, or at least something with a fantasy aspect iced all over it.
Discuss: -How ridiculous it'd be for an entire gaming company's reputation to be destroyed over a game that (its genre) they've never made before, whether it be a good game or not

Gaming in general tends to be a tad revolting anyways.
Honestly, a good game is a good game, if they step out of the box to make a good game... Awesome. If they make another game just like the previous, but it's still the same formula, also cool.
Some companies are good at making certain games. the only way that a company SHOULD reach out and try to do more than the norm is if they are a large conglomerate of companies (like Capcom, Konami, Rockstar, Nintendo, Sony... So on and so fourth).
Having a niche is not a bad thing.

So.... are we sure this guy is the antichrist? He seems pretty normal, aside from an odd need to be somewhat obnoxious sometimes and another odd need to post peculiar photos for no reason and another odd need to dress like he's ready for an S & M session....

I dunno...think about it. Would you rather a company be a jack of all trades, master of none...or, be damn good at making on style of games. I don't care what genre a company puts out, if they want me to play it it had better be a darn good one. And if a company needs to focus on one genre to do that, then so be it.
And besides, some gaming companies are small. Maybe the game makers are just passionate about one style. Would you want to play a first person shooter that was made by a team more interested in rpgs?
Quality over quantity in my opinion.

Similar characteristics in personality...I dunno, I'm just kind of good at knowing who is who. I can notice small details that connect certain people together I guess. ....Somewhere I belong

I like the way that companies seem to stay with one type of game. Like if I want a single player RPG, I will but a game from square enix, or a RTS from sierra, or even a FPS from bungie. Also if a company makes one type of game, they will have more experience with that type of game which will make each game better than the last.
