I have, she responded, in her usual polite, but still rudemanner, of making me seem incompetent. She said she would rather have something done right then burned. And I have yet to burn anything, and I have been cooking for awhile.

Realitys Marionette I can't cook vegan, butter, cheese and a little meat are Italians best friends.Vegetables and fish, they burn Italians like holy water. A lot of what I bake uses vegan butter. You can also get vegan cheese and I have a ton of recipes for meat-like substitutions using all vegan ingredients, though I can't say if they're any good. I've never tried them.
Anyone can cook vegan.

Vegan, to me, its like saying the word fake.I can't eat vegan butter. I can't drink soymilk, it usually makes me sick anyway, weird how eating that way makesme sick, go red meat. I have vegan friends, they try to make me eat the food, same exact results.

Vegan doesn't mean fake. Unless it is fake stuff, like all the things you said. There are vegans that refuse to eat substitutions. Just like I won't eat substitution meat.
A vegan who eats nuts and fruits and vegetables is eating real foods. Realer foods than any unnatural, fake crap most people eat these days.
You want to know fake? Candy is fake. Soda is fake. Almost everything you eat probably has artificial flavors in it. It's all chemicals. Fake, fake chemicals. That's what fake is.
And all your real stuff is just real unhealthy. xp

Im not that good at cooking, but I love to eat!!!
I have a lot of friends from different countries and cultures, and I love to go to their houses and let their parents make me food from their heritage. My best friend is filipino, and her parents are from the phillipines, her mom always cooks me food, like adobo and other filipino foods. I'm really open when it comes to eating, im not easily grossed out and I'm always looking for new flavors and foods to eat!!! 4laugh

[ ] I love "fake" food. I quote fake because in my opinion, there's no such thing as a fake food. As far as I'm concerned, if you can eat it and not die or something from it, it's food. Don't even bring up glue. XD
But yes, I'm big on candy, soda, fastfood, etc. It's always tasted good to me. Then again, I never outgrew being a picky eater. As far as most people are concerned, as long as I'm eating something, it's all good. [ ]

I try to eat whole foods.

[ ] Most vegetables gross me out. I can't help it; it's been that way since I was little. I do like potatoes though, if that counts for anything. I was able to tolerate carrots at one time too. Lettuce is okay on occasion.
Heh, Gaia should be added to the food pyramid. Just because. XD [ ]
