Bag3l and I figured out the only reason we knew the answer was because of Kappa Mikey. Pretty sad. :[
Side note: Sorry I've been dead. Basically, NaNoWriMo has taken over my life. I'm not really doing much of anything other than writing xD

There is an Emperor still too, but he has no real power.
Its like in England.
They still have a royal family, but the royal family has no real power.
They are symbols to the people.
Kinda like celebrities even, at times.
