I need a bit of help with something in Disgaea 2. I need to know exactly "how" reincarnation works in Disgaea 2, especially with thieves. I've stolen alot of stats using my 2 thieves but they DO keep their stolen stats if I reincarnate them to a higher thief class or even another different class right?

Likewise can I reincarnate one of my startup classes like the warrior, skull, and healer into a thief, steal tons of stats that favor them (like attack with warrior, int with skull, and resistance/hit/attack with healer, thinking about making her an archer since I dont have any storyline characters that use bows plus I had her use bows throughout the first playthrough so she has alot of moves off of that) and keep most of the stats I've stolen if I reincarnate them from their current class (startup is average class) to genius thief (best class I can get or heck even distingushed its cheaper with mana) steal tons of stats and end up reincarnating them back to original classes or chaos warrior as Geniuses and have some sort of super warriors? surprised

Would this work or not? This is only a theory of mine and there's no info on gamefaqs.com to prove or disprove this sweatdrop Also, would it be a good idea to give Hanako a mage/skull student and Taro a healer to have them steal some moves off of them? I barely find any use for them but have them leveled up to about 40ish and they do have a big percentage boost wit items in intelligence and resistance respectively.

Also one last thing, I "may" have stolen some hit stats off Fubuki with one of my thieves first time I fought him as a boss. I dont remember since I reloaded the battle against Fubuki like 2-3 times since I had thought I've stolen some by mistake from Adell since he was standing close to a samurai I was aiming at (though I did not now that I remember). Would he get his stolen stats back after the first cycle even if I did steal some (I'm on the second now)? Keep in mind I did not know I can get him during the land of Carnage, or Axel (which is kind of a ripoff since I could've used them so perfectly against the extra bosses) surprised
