People could step up and ask people/friends/enemies/strangers/politicians/sea monsters/bigfeets/jellyfish to join.
And then they could PM a Mod or Owner.
And then like, wow!
We could let them into the Guild.
And they could be active.
And it'd be nifty, eh?

No. Regardless of the get up, Vinny aint an emo. He was dressed up as supermn when he got into a freak happenin with a cougar. They fought and Ol' Vinny ended up in some tar, fusing his clothes to hsi skin and making some of it go black.
